Sid Meier’s Civilization IV is a PC game. It is a strategy game. When you get to the menu of Sid Meier’s Civilization IV you can choose to play one of the scenarios, or you can just choose to play a random game. If you choose to play a normal game you have to choose tour map and world size. There are many different maps in Sid Meier’s Civilization IV. You can choose to have different continents, a few big continents, one massive continent or you can choose to have lots of little islands. There are also many more maps to choose from. After that you have to choose your civilization. There are lots of civilizations to choose from in Sid Meier’s Civilization IV. You can be the British, the Zulus, the Japanese and many more.
In the actual game you start off with a settler and a warrior. You can use your settler to build your capital city. The land you build your city on will give you advantages and disadvantages. Your men are much bigger than the surrounding landscape. Once you have built your city you can choose a unit or building to create. You can create builders to improve the area around your cities and to connect cities with roads. You can also research different technologies to help you in the game. You can only do a certain amount of work in one turn. Once you are done you have to end your turn. Once your scouts or warriors come across another nation’s territory you can either become allies or go to war. If you are allies you can eventually trade resources and they might help you if you are attacked by another nation. They might not be your friends forever. If you trade with their enemies and do not help them they will eventually become your enemies.
In Sid Meier’s Civilization IV you can eventually better equip your men. To win the game you must defeat all of your enemies.
